We all need support and care. If we are living with a chronic condition, it is even more important. Don’t try to manage everything on your own. Talk to people if you feel lonely, sad or angry. Let them help you.

It can also be helpful to talk to other people with the same condition. You won’t feel so alone. Other people can give emotional support and practical tips to stay on track. If you are diabetic, ask at the clinic about Adherence Clubs. You could also start your own club.
